1. Please do not send payment until I have confirmed your commission.2. I require payment before I start on your commission. An invoice will be sent via PayPal or accepted via VGen if that is where you are purchasing your commisson at.3. I require image references of poses and your character.4. I can decline the commission if I do not feel comfortable with it.5. Personal use only. This is unable to be sold/ used on merch.6. I will only draw in my style. I will not copy another artist.7. The general time frame I provide is 1-4 weeks for completion. However, the wait time will depend on the amount of emotes you are ordering, how complex they are, and the amount in my queue at the time. It may take longer than 4 weeks. If you have a deadline, please let me know and we can discuss.8. I send sketches for approval and additional updates regarding your commissions are free. However, I only allow 3 free revisions.9. Additional revisions (more than 3) may result in an additional $5 charge per each revision. Revisions will take place during the sketch portion only. Revisions are small edits. Requesting for me to completely start the sketch over on a different canvas due to changing your idea, will result in an additional fee. I am not able to do a lot of changes once the commission is close to being finished. **Additional charge may occur if emotes have been completed and changes are requested after that. However, I will not charge you or count towards your revision amount if the mistake is my fault.10. I do not offer refunds unless I am unable to complete your order. This does not include a delay because I am having trouble getting in contact with you/ feedback from you.11. I can not be held accountable if an idea you commission is not approved by Twitch. Please be sure to look up Twitch’s guidelines.12. If you request a character that does not belong to you (fanart), I do not hold responsibility for DMCA claims.13. I can provide you with updates when requested. This is free. However, please do not rush the process.14. I post my commissions on Social Media and use them in my portfolio. If you prefer for me not to do this, please let me know.

Commission Process

1. Fill out the commission form.2. An invoice via PayPal will be sent once approved.3. I require full payment upfront. Once received, I will begin sketching your commission.4. A sketch will be sent for approval. I do not charge for additional updates beyond the sketch. However, please do not attempt to rush the commission.5. As the TOS mentioned, please be sure you mention any changes that you would like during the sketch portion.6. Artwork will be sent to your preferred method of contact.
